Oysters - Are they safe?

I have been following the various articles and reports from the Food Standards Agency and have decided reluctantly to take Oysters off our menu. It is simply not worth the risk to our customers to have contaminated shell fish in my kitchen, so sorry oyster foodies not at Regatta for now. Please rest assured I buy our shellfish daily and am very careful to only serve the freshest safest produce, lovely scallops, prawns, mussels, lobsters, crabs, all cooked and stored carefully.
